Favorite meal of the week with Helen

This meal we shared with good friends a week ago. Our friend Helen and her family came to our house. She made a delicious meal! We love Helen!!

If there is one thing I love it is food and friends. Of course a little beer or wine never hurts an occasion. The meal was delicious and the company was even better!

Here is Helen cooking in our kitchen. She is a great friend and an amazing cook!

First on our menu was a cucumber dish with some spices.

Eggplant Yum!

Helen happily cooking in our kitchen. She is great!

If you would like a Zhonzi Recipe here is a great one. Abe loves Zhonzi! He ate like three.

Greens cooked with garlic. Everything was amazing!

Here is our table. We devoured every last piece….and drop.

Helen is thinking of posting cooking videos on our blog. I don’t know if everyone would be interested. Let us know. They would include small video’s of her cooking and the recipes.

Let us know your thoughts.

Happy Eating!!!

Thank you!! I am there. I just hope that I can replicate what Helen does. I am going to be posting cooking videos up on our site next week. We are going to do our own Chinese cooking class. Well I might drink beer and talk with Helen while she makes magic happen, but hey that counts! Give Caleb a big birthday hug for us.
      Lots of love!

Can you publish/post the recipe for the asparagus and the pork bits? I think we had that when we visted, it was very good!

Yes, I am actually going to be kicking off a campaign for the month of February, that will walk everyone through a whole month of eating living like a Chinese person. It is going to be great! I of course will send you a VIP invitation and get you all of the recipes. You will also get a free copy of my e-book recipe/diet book that will be coming out at the end of March! Bikinis here we come!
